Ugenda Terms of Service

Ugenda is a small, independently run personal organizer app — not a company or a commercial product. By signing in and using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Ugenda is

Ugenda helps you track bills, tasks, reminders, goals, and expenses, with an AI chat assistant and optional voice features, and an optional Google Calendar sync. It's currently shared with a small, invite-only group of people to try, not offered to the general public.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account. You're responsible for anything entered under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Ugenda is not directed at children, and shouldn't be used by anyone under 13.

AI-generated content

The chat assistant and its voice replies are generated by a third-party AI model (Groq) and can be wrong, incomplete, or misunderstand what you asked for — including the due date, amount, or details of anything it creates or changes on your behalf. Always double-check anything the assistant creates or modifies, especially bills or anything time-sensitive. Ugenda is not a substitute for financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

No guarantee of reminders or uptime

This is a personal project, not a commercial service with an uptime guarantee. Push notifications, reminders, calendar sync, and the app itself can fail, be delayed, or go down without notice. Don't rely on Ugenda as your only way of remembering to pay a bill or attend to something important — keep your own backup reminders for anything that really matters.

Acceptable use

Use Ugenda only for its intended purpose — organizing your own bills, tasks, and reminders. Don't use it for anything illegal, try to break into other accounts or data, abuse the AI features, or attempt to disrupt the service for others.

Third-party services

Ugenda relies on Google (sign-in and optional Calendar sync), Groq (AI chat and voice), and Railway (hosting) to work. Your use of those underlying services is also subject to their own terms. See the Privacy Policy for what data is shared with each.

Provided "as is"

Ugenda is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, it isn't liable for any missed payment, lost reminder, data loss, or other damages arising from your use of the app.

Ending your access

You can stop using Ugenda at any time. Access may also be ended, or an account removed, at the owner's discretion — for example for misuse of the app. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the app changes. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revision. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
